Maison de Luxe is a premium gifting brand dedicated to the art of thoughtful, beautifully curated presents. All references to "Maison de Luxe", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Maison de Luxe and its authorised representatives.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that:

3. Products & Gifting Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We take great care in describing and photographing our products. However, slight variations in colour, packaging, or presentation may occur due to display settings or seasonal changes. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

3.2 Gift Curation & Personalisation

Maison de Luxe offers personalised gifting services including bespoke gift boxes, handwritten cards, monogrammed items, and custom wrapping. Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if a selected product is unavailable, or to offer a full refund for that item. We will notify you prior to dispatch in such cases.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, orders confirmed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, net banking, and other methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Maison de Luxe does not store full card details on our servers.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and offer a full refund or reprocess the order at the correct price, subject to your agreement.

5. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only upon receipt of our official Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible at orders@maisondeLuxe.com if amendments are required.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Delivery Timelines

We aim to dispatch all orders within the timelines specified on our website. Delivery estimates vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and product availability. While we strive to meet all stated timelines, Maison de Luxe is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value. Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be displayed on the website and may be subject to promotional terms.

6.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Maison de Luxe will not be liable for failed deliveries or loss resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

6.4 Gift Delivery

For gift orders, the recipient's name and address must be provided accurately. A gift message will be included as specified. In the interest of the gifting experience, price information is excluded from gift packages unless requested.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for non-personalised items, provided:

• The product is unused, in its original condition, and complete with all packaging
• The return request is initiated by contacting returns@maisondeLuxe.com within the eligible window
• Proof of purchase is provided

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Personalised, engraved, monogrammed, or custom-order items
• Perishable goods including gourmet food, fresh flowers, or chocolates
• Items marked as Final Sale or clearance
• Digital gift vouchers or e-gifts once redeemed

7.3 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Gift Vouchers & Store Credit

Gift vouchers issued by Maison de Luxe are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. They are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not redeemable for more than their face value. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Store credit issued following a return is subject to the same conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Maison de Luxe website — including but not limited to text, imagery, logos, product designs, gift collections, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Maison de Luxe and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maison de Luxe's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our website or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maison de Luxe, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our website, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
